The platform runs end-to-end in four integrated steps:
1 Data Capture
Smart, wireless sensors are attached directly to your industrial machinery using instant adhesive or epoxy. These sensors continuously monitor critical health indicators, including 3-axis vibration, temperature, and sound.
2 Data Transmission
The captured data is transmitted via Bluetooth Low Energy to a nearby Soralink gateway. The gateway then routes this information to the cloud using either WIFI or LTE networks.
3 AI Analysis & Expert Validation
Once in the cloud, Soralink’s AI-driven analytics suite evaluates the data using predictive models to forecast potential failures. Finally, through the Sora Care service, a team of experts manually filters these AI-generated alerts so your maintenance team only receives actionable, verified notifications, effectively eliminating false alarms.
4 Feedback and Retraining
To ensure the system evolves with your operations, Soralink closes the loop between the machine and the analyst. Experts validate field feedback from your technicians to perform custom sensitivity tuning and manual model retraining. This optional feedback loop continually refines performance and predictive accuracy over time.
