What Happens When It Works
Dairy Processing — Bearing Fault
A bearing fault was developing on the fan motor of the plant's main boiler — a Level 1 asset whose failure halts the entire production line. Soralink's dual-horizon AI detected the deviation three weeks before failure. The maintenance team scheduled a planned intervention during a production gap, replaced the gearbox without emergency conditions, and returned the asset to service.
